Exercise and SUPPORT equality in Wrestling!

Here at the Wisconsin RTC, we want to provide training opportunities for both men and women to pursue life-long goals by giving them the tools and resources necessary to reach their fullest potential.  With our Cardio For a Cause fundraiser, our mission is to promote equality and inclusion within our wrestling and surrounding communities.

Proceeds from this amazing challenge will be shared with the USA Wrestling Women’s team!

Let’s use our physical fitness as wrestlers to support diversity and inclusion in the best sport on the earth!

The challenge is to get to 500 miles between August 1 and August 30th!

Challenge Rules:

1) Register online - Only $35 per participant

2) Teams can consist of 1 to 10 registered participants

3) Track your physical fitness each day and log your exercise

4) Tag workouts and workout pictures with #Cardioforcause

5) Crush the 500 mile mark & have fun!

Exercise Tracking:

Running - 1 Mile Ran = 1 Mile

Biking - 1 Mile Biked = 1/2 Mile

Swimming - 1 Mile Swam = 4 Miles

Walking - 1 Mile walked = 1 Mile

Rowing - 1 Mile rowed = 1 Mile

PROCEEDS WILL BE SHARED WITH THE BLACK WRESTLING ASSOCIATION & WOMEN’S WRESTLING IN THE UNITED STATES!
